Listing Guidelines
We're
sorry you didn't agree with our guidelines. We'd like to give you a

Below
are the guidelines again. Take a closer look and opt for the second
chance to list your self in the largest Western Performers Database online.

1. You
must provide a Promotional Picture. You should email it to
robert@wildwestperformers.com. Please include your complete contact
information in this email for our records. Clients want to see
what they are booking.
If you do not provide a
picture, your listing will denied.
2. You should be as thorough as possible in the information you provide.
For example, if you won't travel or have limits as to where you will
perform, please note that in your information somewhere.
3. Please, DO NOT provide links to your personal Web Site or Email. This
defeats the purpose of our job as the Talent Booker. We will make the
initial contact with the Client, negotiate fees, provide contracts and
riders and insure your safety, well- being and the appropriateness of
the contract. All with your best interests in complete regard, at the
forefront and throughout the life of the contract.
Any listing that has a
direct link to their Web Site or Email will be denied. |
See,
they are painless. If you are requested for a performance, you will receive
an email or phone call from us with all the details. We will then ask for
your availability and rates. When you are booked, you will receive a
contract with all the information needed for the gig. Please note, we DO NOT
charge you, the Performer anything for being booked. All Booking fees are
agreed to and incurred by the Client. We do ask, however, that if you are
not already a member of WildWestPerformers.com that you join after your
first booking. This is by no means mandatory, just an action of good will on
your part. You will not be penalized for not joining, we promise!
However, the unrelenting guilt of not joining after we have booked you will
undoubtedly consume you, eventually.
