Wild West Chuckwagon offers the following menus for breakfast, lunch, or dinner catering for groups of 15 to 75 guests.

Our specialty is treating you to a delicious meal in the style of the old Southwest, in the most remarkable of locations.

Breakfast

Continental: Bakery fresh sweet rolls; choice of orange or apple juice, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, bottled water, and an assorted variety of fresh seasonal fruits.


Cowboy: Scrambled eggs; cheese; sausage; bacon; tortillas; salsa; seasonal fresh fruit; orange or apple juice, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and bottled water.
6 oz. Marinated steaks may be added at a small additional cost.

Lunch

All-American: 1/4 lb. Lean beef Hamburgers, ¼ lb. Hot dogs with bakery fresh buns or rolls.  Condiments to include lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes, and pickles;  Choice of one cold salad; Cowboy beans; Potato chips;  Assorted sodas and bottled water. Fresh baked brownies
Bratwurst may be substituted for the hot dogs at an additional cost.


Barnyard: Marinated boneless chicken breasts, 1/4 lb. Hamburgers with buns or rolls.
Condiments as above; Choice of two cold salads; Cowboy beans; Potato chips; Assorted sodas and bottled water. Fresh baked brownies
6 oz. Sirloin steaks may be substituted for hamburgers at an additional cost.

 

 

Dinner

Buckaroo: Peppered Sirloin steak, Marinated grilled chicken; bakery fresh rolls; choice of two cold salads; Choice of two hot vegetables; Tortilla chips and salsa; Assorted sodas, bottled water, coffee, hot tea, hot cocoa.
Choice of dessert

Western Beef brisket, spiced, char-grilled then slow cooked until shredded or Pit BBQ Marinated chicken or pork loin prepared the same; Bakery fresh buns and tortillas; BBQ sauce and Salsa; Choice of two cold salads; Cowboy beans; Tortilla chips; Assorted sodas; Bottled water; Coffee, hot tea, hot cocoa. Choice of dessert. Both beef and chicken or pork may be ordered at an additional cost.

Vegetable Choices: Cowboy beans (with or without meat); Parsley potatoes; Mexican corn fiesta; Scalloped corn casserole; Corn on Cob: Steamed broccoli or vegetable medley.
Baked potatoes w/ condiments may be ordered at an additional cost

Cold Salads: Tossed (romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, Ranch or Italian dressing); Caesar salad; Mayo potato salad; Pasta (w/ or w/o pepperoni); Cabbage; Carrot (w/ pineapple and raisins). All salads are prepared fresh!

Desserts: Warm Apple cobbler; Texas sheet cake (Devil’s food w/ vanilla frosting-custom decorating available!); Individual pineapple up-side down cakes (a specialty!) Fresh baked brownies; Cookies; Smores
