Mechanical Bulls in Florida
From
my first encounter with WWP, I was met with quality. These folks know
entertainment, they know how to return a call, they know how to answer
questions and most of all, they had incredible vision for taking our
event to the next level.
This
event was a fundraiser for a non profit organization in Central
Florida. We wanted this one to be different though - not a traditional
banquet where everyone has dinner, someone tells a sappy story about
kids who need help and then people give money. We wanted people to
REMEMBER this event for years to come and want to come back year after
year with more people. It truly was a "go big or go home" scenario and
everything was lining up perfect. Catering was taken care of, all of
the audio/visual equipment was available and rented, the venue was a
perfect old barn in downtown Orlando that previously was a
country/western bar. What we needed was high quality entertainment to
ensure we didn't invite 300 of Orlando's finest to a huge letdown.
After
sifting through the available local talent and trying to put together my
own crew of entertainers, I contacted Robert w/ Wild West Performers
(.com). I was greeted with quality from top to bottom. A true one stop
shop for all the Western entertainment our event could possibly need.
Rarely do you find a business that delivers the same quality of product
they describe in their promotions! This was it, this was the high level
of quality entertainment our event was begging for. At an incredibly
reasonable price, WWP delivered 3 of the most talented and entertaining
cowboys any of us had ever seen.
Like
true professionals, they arrived at the venue early to review the
schedule and go over their roles. Once guests started arriving, they
were greeted by 3 crazy cowboys in the parking lot who were doing lasso
tricks, firing guns in the air and yelling, "Howdy!" to every person
they could make eye contact with! This was perfect! Later in the
evening, each member of this hilariously talented group was able to
display his skills... rope tricks, whip artistry, sharp shooting and
they even put on a stunt gun fight! Throughout the entire event, guests
were involved in the entertainment and treated to an incredible
interactive experience. I cannot say enough about the high level of
country/western entertainment that Wild West Performers brought to our
event. They will be a permanent part of our guests memories and our
annual event for years to come!

I just wanted to say that we are
still a buzz here over your performance during our recent
convention. You guys did a great job keeping traffic flowing to our
booth. You were great performers and your booming voices (OK, I
think projecting, is the term) made sure our booth stayed the focus
of attention. The fast draw, calf roping and cowboy pictures were a
big hit. And everyone love the roping tricks. I was very impressed
when you reached into your chaps and started to make balloon animals
for the kids - a skill I didn't know you had (balloons are also not
what I expect a cowboy to pull out of his chaps).
I was
also very pleased that I did not have to "baby-sit" you guys. After
15 minutes into our convention, I knew that you were one area of the
show, I was not going to have to worry about.

activity. The impact of having real cowboys in the
crowd and at the product fair was great. Your
performers got the attention of our global sales force
in a fun and professional manner. We are always going

Robert,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and
your partner for participating in our SHINE Regional Meeting
event in Miami on February 23rd. Our theme this year was
"Blazing New SHINE Trails" and the entertainment for our
Western Cookout certainly lived up to its name.
The Wild West Performers were energetic and really gave an
outstanding performance! The group really enjoyed
participating in the quick draw and roping competitions. The
cowboy poetry was a hit and everyone enjoyed the stunts as
well.
I received many compliments on the entertainment and was
told over and over by the group (volunteers, age 65+) how
much they enjoyed the entire evening. You were both great
hosts, from start to finish. The staff appreciated that we
were able to relax and enjoy the evening while you both ran
the show.
